Creative Ideas for All Ages!

Eid Cards

As Ramadan comes to an end people are preparing to celebrate Eid. You could make an Eid card to support the celebrations and display it in your window. You could include lots of bright colours and maybe some glittery fireworks on your design.

Stick Puppets

Use card or paper to draw, colour and cut out a character. It could be a favourite character or one you have created yourself. Use sticky tape to fasten your character to a lollypop stick. Once you have made a stick puppet you could create a story.

Board Games

You could make your own board game. Open up an empty cereal box to give yourself a game board. You can create your own game board by drawing on with felt tip pens. You will need a theme for your game - why not make an Alvaston Infant School game? You could make it phonics or Maths based. You will need to create game pieces too. These could be out of Lego, playdough, buttons or anything you can find around your home.

Home Workouts

Have a go at creating your own home workout, just like Joe Wicks. Will you choose burpees, squats, sprinting, jumping Jacks or create some new moves of your own?
You could ask your grown-ups to complete your workout with you.
